Returns and Refunds

Whether you want to request an exchange or a refund, we have a 14 days policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item should be sent back unused and in the same condition than when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges incurred (shipping, duties, taxes…) as the result of a return of a product to Natural Evasion. These costs are non-refundable.
For a faster return process, we invite you to return your item using a tracking number and communicate that tracking number to us here.
For a return, you should mail your product to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
